BUYERS INSPECTION

A full home inspection is a comprehensive assessment of a property’s condition, typically performed before a real estate transaction. During a full home inspection, We examines the visible and accessible components of a home, including its structure, foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, insulation, and more. The goal is to identify any existing or potential issues that could affect the home’s safety, functionality, or value.

We will typically provide a detailed report outlining their findings, which can be used by the buyer to make informed decisions about the purchase. A full home inspection can help buyers understand the true condition of the property and negotiate repairs or adjustments to the sale price based on the inspector’s findings.

SELLERS INSPECTION

The purpose of a seller’s home inspection is to identify any issues with the property before it is listed for sale. By conducting a pre-listing inspection, sellers can discover and address potential problems that might deter buyers or lead to negotiation challenges during the sale process.

The seller’s home inspection report can be used as a valuable tool for transparency and disclosure during the sale process. It allows sellers to make any necessary repairs or disclosures upfront, potentially streamlining the transaction and reducing the likelihood of surprises that could delay or derail the sale later on.
